n=3 Viscous Simulation

In this n=3 simulation, we introduce viscosity. Eventually, the viscosity
combines with the magnetic field to drive the star to uniform rotation.
The quantity ν is the viscosity coefficient appearing in the
magnetic Navier-Stokes
equation.
